What does it cost?

We take a commission on your home’s rental income, so we only do well when you do. Text us your address for a free estimate with real numbers.

Is my home a good fit?

Most of the homes we manage are regular family houses, not luxury cabins. Send us the address and a few photos. We’ll give you an honest read, even if the answer is no.

Can I still use my home?

Yes, as often as you like. Enjoying it yourself is one of the best reasons to own a vacation home. Tell us your dates with some notice and we’ll plan bookings around them. Never any fees for owner stays.

Which areas do you serve?

Utah County, Salt Lake County, Davis County, Wasatch County, and Summit County. Not sure short-term rentals are allowed in your city? Text us your address and we’ll tell you straight.

What do you handle for me?

Everything: the listing, daily pricing, guest messaging, cleaning and maintenance coordination, guest emergencies, and platform chargebacks/reimbursements. You get a personalized owner statement each month with the highlights. You stay hands-off. We stay on top of it.
